Just started cycling in August 07 to get into shape and now I am addicted. Usually try to spend about 100 miles in the saddle weekly depending on weather and my schedule. I currently ride a Specialized Allez which I find to be a much better bike that the one I started out on. Since the majority of my riding time has been in colder weather through the winter, I am loving the Spring and looking forward to a lot of riding through the season. I spend a lot of time researching cycling and trying to become a better rider, so any help is greatly appreciated.
